Approval to apply for a 2017 Justice Assistance Grant for the purchase of equipment for the Hartsville Police Department
BACKGROUND SUMMARY:
This grant is to apply for a K9 unit as well as bullet proof vests for the department.
IMPACT IF DENIED:
We will be unable to apply for funds needed for a K9 as well as bullet proof vests for the department.
IMPACT IF APPROVED:
Grant application can be submitted.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
Other funding avenues will need to be found for these items needed by the department.
