Approval of bid award for design build of concession facility for Neptune Island Waterpark.

BACKGROUND SUMMARY:

A concession facility is needed to expand the waterpark food functions.

IMPACT IF DENIED:

Small inadequate facility will remain and revenues will be lost for food services.

IMPACT IF APPROVED:

Facility will be brought up to code and capacity and revenues will increase due to food services efficiency and improvement.
