| BACKGROUND SUMMARY: | | City will be upgrading from VOA to localized desktops. This will be a cost savings in the long run, and will also migrate away from the current Point-to-Point system, which will be greatly beneficial. |

| IMPACT IF DENIED: | | Employees will remain on VOA and the City will continue to pay approximately $28,000 a month for IT services. |

| IMPACT IF APPROVED: | | For the life of the 60 month MOA contract a cost savings of approximately $350,000 will be realized, which is $7,000 per month. |

| FINANCIAL IMPACT: | | In order to migrate from Virtual Office Advantage (VOA) to Modern Office Advantage (MOA), the City will need to spend $71,903.48 in one time set up costs. |
