| IMPACT IF DENIED: | | If denied, commercial sanitation rates will not increase. |

| IMPACT IF APPROVED: | | If approved, commercial sanitation rates will increase 3% each year from fiscal year 2022-2023 through fiscal year 2026-2027. This will allow for an annual increase in revenues . |
