Ordinance to lease office space to GSSM at 145 W Carolina Ave for Startsville Innovation Center
BACKGROUND SUMMARY:
The GSSM has leased this space for the past year for the home of Startsville. They orginally were going to pay $800.00 a month for rent but went back to council to request to be rent free for the year. GSSM is now requesting a three year lease rent free.
