ORDINANCE/RESOLUTION CAPTION:
APPROVAL OF BID AWARD FOR ASBESTOS SURVEYING AND AIR MONITORING-NEIGHBORHOOD INITIATIVE PROGRAM PROPERTIES.
BACKGROUND SUMMARY:
Previously approved bid was invalidated due to misinformation reported on bid form. This resolution reflects the new apparent low bidder as determined by local vendor preference.
IMPACT IF DENIED:
Will not be able to demolish NIP properties in the performance period and will lose hundreds of thousands of dollars.
IMPACT IF APPROVED:
Will proceed with surveying and use this data to bid the demo out.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
Grant funded.
