| BACKGROUND SUMMARY: | | This Committee was formed to assist with requests for HTax funds and since those funds are being budgeted for tourism activities during the city's normal annual budget process, the committee will not need to meet. |

| IMPACT IF APPROVED: | City Council will not need to appoint members unless this committee should be needed in the future to assist with unbudgeted HTax funds.
