AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 82 GOVERNING THE CITY’S WATER AND SEWER SYSTEM.

BACKGROUND SUMMARY:

Clears up any confusion concerning billing for the use of the water and sewer systems and discusses in greater detail connecting to the cities water and sewer services.

IMPACT IF DENIED:

Could result in civil action for people who have a septic tank when city sewer is available.
