| BACKGROUND SUMMARY: | | FAA received funding from the CARES Act and distributed funds to each airport in the U.S. Our share of the funding was $30,000. We do not have to pay any match or pay any portion of the grant back. |

| FINANCIAL IMPACT: | | Will use the $30,000 to pay for personnel costs, FBO, which in turn will free up $30,000 from the general fund to be used to off set any losses due to the pandemic. |
