Approval of Agreement addendum for the two Part-time Judges during an interim period while there is a third judge vacancy.

BACKGROUND SUMMARY:

Part-time city judge Cody Mitchell has resigned and during his vacancy until another judge can be appointed and approved by SC Court Administration the two sitting judges will assume additional responsibilities.

IMPACT IF DENIED:

Court duties could back-up

IMPACT IF APPROVED:

Will keep court system running smoothly.
