ORDINANCE/RESOLUTION CAPTION: 
A review of the Master Fee Schedule has determined that several areas need to be amended in order to cover the cost of normal operations.

BACKGROUND SUMMARY: 

The city's properties and facilities need to have the user fees amended in order to cover the increase cost of use.


IMPACT IF DENIED: 
The city will lose money when our properties and facilities are being used and maintained.

IMPACT IF APPROVED: 
The city will be able to continue to provide adequate upkeep of the facilities and staffing for the use of the properties and facilities.

FINANCIAL IMPACT: 
The city will have adequate funds to cover the cost of use and maintenance.
