| BACKGROUND SUMMARY: | | H4431-Business License Program Standardization passed by the SC Legislature in September 2020 requires all municipalities to adopt a standardized class schedule. This Ordinance repeals the city's existing ordinance and replace it with MASC's standardized ordinance. |

| IMPACT IF DENIED: | | If denied, the city will be out of compliance with Act 176 requiring all municipalities to adopt a standardized class schedule. |
