| BACKGROUND SUMMARY: | | On Nov. 29, 2021, the Planning Commission met to discuss proposed changes to the Hartsville City Code where it pertained to Cigar Bars. The Planning Commission recommended changes to the following sections: Section 31-4, 31-8, Appendix A, and Section 5.B-1 (see attached Existing Code and PC Recommended changes). |
