| BACKGROUND SUMMARY: | | On Nov. 29, 2021, the Planning Commission met to discuss proposed changes to the Hartsville City Code where it pertained to Skateboards. The Planning Commission recommended changes to the following sections: 78-434 (amend) and 74-4 (repeal). See attached Existing Code with PC recommended changes. |
