| BACKGROUND SUMMARY: | | T-Mobile currently lease space on the Poole Street water tower for their cellular equipment and they now want to add to that equipment. |

| IMPACT IF DENIED: | | T-Mobile would be able to remove/replace, but could not add equipment and they would continue to pay the city an annual lease of $41,032. |
