ORDINANCE/RESOLUTION CAPTION:
To approve leasing a portion of an alleyway owned by The Trust Co.
BACKGROUND SUMMARY:
Annual lease agreement with Trust Company to utilize portion of the alleyway.
IMPACT IF DENIED:
Our police officers would not be able to use the alleyway to exit onto Fifth St. when responding to calls and leaving from the station.
IMPACT IF APPROVED:
HPD and/or City employees could utilize the alleyway owned by the Trust Company.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
The City pays $1.00 annually to the Trust Company in exchange for usage of the alleyway.
