| BACKGROUND SUMMARY: | | Verizon is requesting to modify the equipment on the water tower at Poole Street. |

| IMPACT IF DENIED: | | The existing equipment will have to remain in place. |

| IMPACT IF APPROVED: | | This equipment will be modified with additional three antennas. |

| FINANCIAL IMPACT: | | No financial impact. The addition of three antennas will increase the total to 12 antennas, which is within rental rights of the lease agreement. No rent increase at this time. |
