| BACKGROUND SUMMARY: | | T-Mobile currently has antennas on the Poole Street water tank and is desirous of installing a diesel generator. Hanna Engineering has approved the plans. |

| IMPACT IF DENIED: | | T-Mobile's current annual rent will remain the same, but the City will not gain the rent increase from the generator. |

| IMPACT IF APPROVED: | | If approved, the T-Mobile's monthly rent will increase by another $300.00, for an annual increase of $3,600. |

| FINANCIAL IMPACT: | | Same as above. The City will gain $3,600 in annual income from T-Mobile installing a diesel generator below the water tank on Poole Street. |
