ORDINANCE/RESOLUTION CAPTION:

Approval to lease a portion of city property to Brandy Stellingworth for access to her commercial property.

BACKGROUND SUMMARY:

Brandy Stellingworth purchased 114 S. 4th St. We discovered that a portion of the property near the parking lot is still deeded to the City. Brandy leases this portion of property from the City.

IMPACT IF DENIED:

We will lose an income of $5.00 annually.

IMPACT IF APPROVED:

We will remain in good standing with a Main Street business merchant.

FINANCIAL IMPACT:

We will continue to receive $5.00 annually from the lease.
