APPROVAL OF REVISION TO HARTSVILLE CROSSING PLANNED DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS.

BACKGROUND SUMMARY:

Consider a request from Wal-Mart to revise the planned development standards to change the exterior paint color of Wal-Mart building.

IMPACT IF DENIED:

Exterior building paint colors will remain the same as originally approved, tan and forest green.

IMPACT IF APPROVED:

Exterior building paint colors will change to earth tone grays and blue.
