Pursuant to City Code Section 2-66 “The council shall meet on the second Tuesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. unless changed by a majority vote of members present at any regular or special meeting”

BACKGROUND SUMMARY: 

In the month of November the second Tuesday is a holiday and the City of Hartsville offices will be closed. City Council wishes to move the Regular City Council Meeting for November, in observance of the Election Day Holiday, to Monday, November 7, 2022 at 5:30 p.m.
