Approval of creating the Main Street Hartsville (MSH) Advisory Board and approving the boundaries of the MSH District.

BACKGROUND SUMMARY:

Main Street Hartsville (MSH) program handles matters relating to downtown revitalization and championing the program to the Hartsville community. An Advisory Board needs to be established to make recommendations to City Council as needed and district boundaries need to be approved
