Approval for a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between HPD and SLED for access to the Automated License Plate Reader (ALPR) System.
BACKGROUND SUMMARY:
This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) and the Hartsville Police Department (HPD) will provide access to the Automated License Plate Reader (ALPR) System back-office application for participation in system data sharing.
