ORDINANCE/RESOLUTION CAPTION:

Approval for Hartsville Police Department (HPD) to enter into a Mutual Aid Agreement with the Chesterfield County Sheriff's Office.

BACKGROUND SUMMARY:

Approves entering into a Mutual Aid Agreement for the purposes of securing each other the benefits of mutual aid in the event of natural disaster, disorder, special events, emergency situations, and any other law enforcement activities.
