Discussion of a proposed letter of support to join a consortium that includes institutions of higher education, companies, local governments & economic development agencies to submit a grant to the US Economic Development Administration with the goal of partnering with other Florence-Darlington agencies and Greenville-Spartanburg-Anderson agencies to create a tech hub in our area of SC.  The letter of support does not include any additional funding.
