ORDINANCE/RESOLUTION CAPTION: 
Public Hearing and Final Reading Ordinance 4458 - Approval to update City Code Sections specifying parking fines.

BACKGROUND SUMMARY: 
Council has determined rates, fees and fines should be established and/or amended in the City's Master Fee Schedule kept on file in the City Clerk's office and City Code should reference the Master Fee Schedule instead of specifying the amount in the City Code. A change to the City Code section on parking fines is required to remove the amount specified for these fines.
