Ordinance to lease property at the corner of Marlboro and Seventh St to Rescue Squad for one year. The Rescue Squad has leased this property for several years.

IMPACT IF DENIED:

The City will not receive the $1.00 annually in rent.

IMPACT IF APPROVED:

City will receive $1.00 in rent annually.

FINANCIAL IMPACT:

City will receive $1.00 in rent annually.
