BACKGROUND SUMMARY:

City owns portion of land adjacent to building owned by Brandy Stellingworth. City has historically leased the land to the property owner for access to her commercial property.

IMPACT IF DENIED:

We will lose an income of $5.00 annually.

IMPACT IF APPROVED:

We will remain in good standing with a Main Street business merchant.

FINANCIAL IMPACT:

We will continue to receive $5.00 annually from the lease.
