Amends City Code Chapter 54 "Nuisances" to:
- allow for pollinator habitats,
- define and allow abatement of nuisances impacting public order and public peace,
- consolidate code sections in Chapter 54 and Chapter 58 addressing unsolicited commercial advertisements.
Amends City Code Chapter 58 "Offenses and Miscellaneous Provisions" to:
- consolidate code sections in Chapter 54 and Chapter 58 addressing unsolicited commercial advertisements.
Amends City Code Chapter 10 "Building and Building Regulations" to:
- update City provision for Chapter 1 of the IPMC as well as Chapter 10 Section 38 referencing the provision.
Updates Master Fee Schedule to:
- include fines for violations previously included in the above listed City Code Sections.
