ORDINANCE/RESOLUTION CAPTION:

Ordinance to lease a portion of alleyway at 120 South Fifth Street from Trust Company.

IMPACT IF DENIED:

Law enforcement officers will not be able to exit from the HPD parking lot to Fifth St. in the case of an emergency.

IMPACT IF APPROVED:

The City will have access to the alley located beside the Trust Company. Law enforcement officers will be able to exit from the HPD parking lot to Fifth St.

FINANCIAL IMPACT:

Lease will be $1.00 annually.
