| BACKGROUND SUMMARY: | City Council requested the Planning Commission to recommend a definition of a short-term rental unit. After review, the Planning Commission recommends defining a short-term rental as "A dwelling unit, principal, or accessory, which is rented to transient guests for less than 30 consecutive days".
